(2019 – Now) Project manager of catalyst department, Head of R&D

Company: Artin Azma Mehr – Catalyst production and laboratory research

Responsibilities / Duties: developing catalyst products according to the purpose and client requirement. Working on catalytic reactions and developing the processes of wastewaters treatment based on my academic background in surface engineering. Research on catalyst product improvement, Coordination with Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) the R&D department of Iran Ministry of Petroleum in research projects for catalyst technology development. Commercialization and sale of production catalysts to oil and gas industries. Design and implementation of factory production line and commercialization of liquid metal catalysts.

Responsibilities / Duties: study on materials selection for the surface of wall panels for a special greenhouse structure. Reporting to mechanical design supervisor, sharing research results with agriculture team, mechanical team, sustainable energy team.

Company: South Pars Gas Complex (SPGC) – Gas refinery

Responsibilities / Duties: Analysis surface phenomena in macro scale. Corrosions and chemical reaction. plan for Risk Based Inspection (RBI) as API 580/581. Risk assessment, inspection Planning for piping and static equipment(vessels)- Periodic Internal inspection of static equipment. knowledge about welding (WPS/PQR/WQR). NDT (as VT/PT/MT/RT interpretation) painting and coating inspection including: painting system procedure and tests on coatings. Corrosion policy preparation- material and material selection. Expert in corrosion engineering and corrosion monitoring and analyzing (corrosion coupon, corrosion probe, and online probes/UT thickness measurement). Cathodic protection system (operation, monitoring). Chemical treating and laboratory result analysis with corrosion monitoring purpose. good knowledge about gas production process and refineries in general Isometric map and P&ID. familiar with industrial materials and equipment, also good knowledge about standards (API / NACE / SSPC)
